So glad to say all my piggies are fine and thoroughly enjoying their new cages. We've now bought a heater for the Piggy/Bun palace so if the temperature drops, both our piggies and buns will be nice and snug.

Both the bunnies are fine. At the moment Fiver is shedding his fur, so we are having to groom him twice daily. He really does love being groomed and petted at the same time. Thumpers weight loss is going really well.

We also have some news for you! We have a new addition to our pet family! My daughter Jenna brought home a beautiful little hamster, a little Syrian hamster. He's a boy, my daughter has called him Hammy. I'll be making a special page for him soon, but here's a lovely picture of him. Hammy is simply adorable, as you can see.

So happy to say all our pets are very well. Hammy hamster is settling in nicely. I still need to take more photo's of him during daylight hours, as the quality of photo's aren't very good at night time. Hopefully I'll catch the little fella awake early in the morning :)

Remember to keep all your pets safe inside your home during bonfire night. Hope you have a Happy Halloween, don't get scared now :)

First of all I wanted to share with you this very cute story about a snowball as I've always loved it, hope you enjoy it :)

Our Hammy won 'Pet of the Month' at Birdboy's Place, many congratulations darling Hammy!!

I've also some other exciting news to tell you. My piggies and I received a lovely surprise in our e-mail box on Tuesday 6th December 2005 from Mr.Peter Gurney, guinea pig expert and author of many outstanding guinea pig books. Peter had visited our site and very kindly sent us some lovely photo's of his guinea pigs. Four of Peter's gorgeous guinea pigs are now in our guest piggy area. I went to tell the piggies that Mr Peter Gurney had visited us and they became all excited, although I have a feeling it was because of the cucumber I had in my hands, but I could be wrong lol As you can imagine, I was so pleased that Peter visited our site as I've always been a great admirer of Peter and his guinea pig books.

So happy to say everyone is happy and well. Jasmine did have a very bad eye infection, thankfully after using an eye ointment from the vets, her eye recovered after 5 days. I'll hopefully be adding a page all about Hammy hamster very soon. Meanwhile, I'm sure you'll love this photo of him, nice and cosy in his bed :)
